Roman Sledziejowski’s professional journey began at an astonishingly young age. At just 17, while still in high school, he started working part-time at Salomon Smith Barney, a member of Travelers Group, in New York City. Balancing his academic responsibilities with his professional commitments, Roman excelled in both arenas. He graduated as the valedictorian of his high school class and went on to study Economics at Columbia University, one of the most prestigious universities in the United States.
During his high school years, Roman Sledziejowski was not only academically gifted but also athletically inclined. He captained the varsity soccer team, playing as a striker, and earned the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award three years in a row.
